Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in audit is a plus.
  • Open for fresh graduates (BS Accountancy)
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Accounting Software and Database.
  • High attention to details and excellent skills both written and oral.
  • Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Caloocan 10th Avenue Office

An audit staff in the Philippines ensures a company's financial records are accurate, truthful, and compliant with laws and policies by examining accounting figures and procedures. Their duties include performing audit tests, documenting findings, and creating reports with recommendations for management and other stakeholders. They also collaborate with departments to implement corrective actions, stay updated on best practices and regulations, and provide administrative support. Key Responsibilities Financial Record Examination: Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of financial records, financial statements, and accounting procedures. Compliance Assurance: Ensure that financial reporting adheres to relevant standards, tax laws, and the company's internal policies and procedures. Risk Management: Identify and report financial discrepancies, irregularities, and risks to management and the audit team. Audit Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain audit work papers, financial records (both physical and electronic), and other supporting documents. Reporting: Draft and present comprehensive audit reports that detail findings, analyses, and recommendations for improvement to management and relevant stakeholders. Follow-up & Improvement: Track the implementation of audit recommendations and conduct follow-up audits to ensure corrective actions are effectively taken. Process Improvement: Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes, improve operational efficiency, and mitigate risks. Stay Updated: Continuously update knowledge on industry best practices, changes in audit standards, and relevant financial regulations. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support to the audit and finance departments as needed. Skills Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Keen attention to detail. Good organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. High degree of honesty, integrity, and credibility.
