Job Summary

Coordinates and handles all PEZA, DENR, DOLE and other government and legal related requirements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Checks facilities and premises on regular basis to check compliance to legal requirements and safety issues.
  • Informs the management on progress or status of projects and perform work activities related to environment, health and safety concerns.
  • Prepares and furnishes the department with reports, analysis and other documentary requirements required by PEZA, DOLE and DENR.
  • Ensures that requirements on occupational health standards and the environment are complied and implemented.
  • Formulates policies and procedures and programs related to the maintenance of the environment and safety of the employees.
  • Represents the company in audits pertaining to environmental and safety compliance.
  • Prepares, conducts and reviews hazard and risk assessment of the different company processes.
  • Handles the different safety drills of the company.
  • Conducts trainings and orientations related to safety and environmental matters.
  • Prepares reports for submission to government agencies on matters related to environment, health and safety.
