What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas are clean, sanitised, and well-maintained
  • Follow food safety protocols and maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
  • Support the kitchen team in completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the wider team to provide a positive and welcoming dining experience for our customers

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
