About the Role

We're looking for a General Virtual Assistant (Accounting Admin) to support our accounting team. Not as an accountant or bookkeeper, but as a crucial administrative partner helping keep our operations smooth and client-focused.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting administration; local experience is highly welcome.
  • High proficiency in Xero is required.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple client files and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail when preparing client documents and lodging forms.
  • Motivated, proactive, and self-driven mindset.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Amenable working onsite in our Cebu Site (IT Park, Cebu)

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Managing email and correspondence with clients and internal teams
  • Following up on client documents and forms
  • Preparing client engagement documents
  • Providing administrative support to accountants
  • Updating and maintaining client records
  • Preparing and lodging documents with ATO & ASIC
  • Liaising with the ATO as required
  • Directing firm correspondence
  • Managing workflow to meet deadlines
