About the Role

We seek a highly organized, adaptable, and strategically minded Account & Project Manager to join our lean yet agile in-house marketing team. This role is perfect for a mid-level marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of execution, coordination, and creativity.

You'll be the primary liaison between the marketing team and key internal stakeholders across multiple business units. From leading the end-to-end execution of video productions and campaigns to collaborating on creative strategy and managing daily workflows, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless project delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Key Qualifications

· 3–5 years of experience in marketing project management or account management roles, ideally within an agency or in-house marketing environment

· Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns and creative productions

· Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders

· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Proficiency with Google Suite and at least one of the following: Notion, Asana, or Trello

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail

Nice to Have

· Experience working with internal creative or content teams

· Background in video production coordination or creative content planning

Familiarity with internal communications or employer branding initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php38, Php40,000.00 per month
