We are looking for a reliable and proactive Security Supervisor to oversee and manage our front-line personnel. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to ensure that all door greeters perform their duties professionally and efficiently. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough investigations and handling HR-related tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of door greeters.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company protocols for customer entry, safety, and order.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to staff.
  • Prepare schedules and monitor attendance.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues in a professional manner.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, security breaches, and other concerns.
  • Perform HR tasks as needed, including disciplinary actions and record keeping.

Qualifications

  • Preferably a graduate of Criminology or related programs.
  • With proven leadership ability and a strong, commanding personality.
  • Prior supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Good investigation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive in handling concerns.

This role is suited for individuals with a strong sense of responsibility, good investigative abilities, and the leadership skills to manage a team effectively while handling various HR tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
