We're looking for a creative-first Social Media Manager—not someone who just schedules posts or slaps together Canva templates.

We work with clients who don't always send great content. That's where YOU come in. You'll be expected to come up with ideas, concepts, and content from scratch, using your creativity and sense of humor to bring brands to life.

What You'll Do:


• Create original, engaging post ideas with or without client-provided content.


• Develop content strategies and campaign ideas based on the brand's voice.


• Write captions, plan Reels/TikToks, and bring ideas to life with our design/video team.


• Keep up with trends, social platforms, and what makes people stop scrolling.

What We're Looking For:


• CREATIVITY. You must be able to think and execute beyond templates.


• Strong visual sense and understanding of design.


• You must go beyond "basic." We need originality.


• Excellent written English and ability to write fun, witty, or clever captions.


• Confidence working independently and building ideas from the ground up.


• Highly independent and responsible – You must follow up, push projects forward, and never wait around for the perfect client
input.

Bonus (But Not Required):


• Light video editing experience (CapCut, Reels editing, etc.).


• Background in content creation, advertising, or branding.
