  • IMTC - Inventory months to carry

  • New allocation/replenishment/reallocation for store distribution and consolidation planning.
  • Review and directions on all merchandise on a per-SKU level (allocations, consolidations, initiatives)
  • Control procedure and implementation of stock shuffling pull-outs/transfers and shipments to the outlet
  • Store capacity selling area vs stockroom
  • Understanding and familiarization of the market through a regular market visits and intensive MARKET ANALYSIS
  • In-depth analysis of PRODUCT SELL- THROUGH success and failures
  • Regular update of ITEM MASTER, STORE PROFILE and SIZE MIX RATIO per product category
