About Us

Kombat Sports Kalayaan (KSK) is a premium MMA and boxing club based in Makati. We combine world-class training, fighter development, and a vibrant community built around health, discipline, and warrior culture. We're scaling rapidly and looking for a results-driven Membership Manager to lead our sales and retention efforts.

Role Overview

The Membership Manager will be responsible for driving gym membership growth, closing sales, building client relationships, and ensuring high member retention. This role combines sales leadership, customer service, and community building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Growth
  • Achieve monthly membership sales targets through inbound leads, referrals, and outreach.
  • Develop and execute strategies for membership promotions and campaigns.
  • Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Member Experience & Retention
  • Conduct gym tours and consultations, presenting membership options persuasively.
  • Onboard new members and ensure a smooth start-to-finish sign-up process.
  • Build strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and upgrades.
  • Handle freeze, cancellation, and special membership requests with a customer-first approach.
  • Community & Brand Building
  • Work with the marketing team on events, sponsorships, and activations to attract new members.
  • Represent the brand both inside and outside the gym with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Provide insights on customer feedback and competitor activities.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain accurate sales records and weekly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with coaches, operations, and management to align on membership priorities.
  • Suggest improvements to membership policies, pricing, and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management (fitness industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by sales targets.
  • Professional, energetic, and passionate about fitness or combat sports.
  • Familiar with CRM tools, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
