DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Responsibilities

· Oversee daily store operations (opening, closing, cleanliness, safety).

· Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

· Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.

· Maintain compliance with company policies and store standards.

People Management

· Lead by example and uphold company values.

· Manage staff schedules, attendance, and overall performance.

· Motivate, coach, and guide team members.

· Address conflicts or employee concerns promptly and fairly.

Customer Service

· Ensure consistent and excellent customer experience.

· Handle escalated customer concerns professionally.

· Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements.

Reporting & Accountability

· Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Ensure compliance with audits, SOPs, and company guidelines.

Leadership & Growth

· Take initiative in decision-making when the Store Manager is absent.

· Suggest improvements in sales, operations, and merchandising.

· Show reliability, problem-solving skills, and readiness for higher roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php23,000.00 per month
