Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to prospective student applicants to boost confirmations and enrolments.
  • Provide top-notch customer service through various communication channels.
  • Offer clear information about the application and enrolment process to student applicants.
  • Respond to inquiries and assist students mainly via phone, email, and chat, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data entry, maintaining integrity at all times.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed based on the role and business requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the BPO industry.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and GDPR is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Customer service-focused with a passion for assisting others.
  • Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and staying composed under pressure.
  • Dependable, self-driven, and adaptable.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
