Mandarin CSR

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Make targeted outbound calls to student applicants to maximize student confirmations and enrollments.
• Providing excellent customer service though the different communication platforms.
• To maintain and provide information on all aspects of the application and enrolment process to student applicants.
• Responding to enquiries and assist students primarily via telephone, email, and chat. Adhere to pre-agreed service level commitments.
• Maintain data integrity protocols, ensuring it is consistently and accurately recorded.
• Undertake such other duties as may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

• With at least 2 years of experience in the BPO Industry using Mandarin.

• Knowledge of data privacy and GDPR is a plus but not a requirement.
  •
• Customer service oriented
• Strong organizational ability in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in working with MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php90,000.00 per month

• Do you have at least 2 to 3 years' experience in customer service for a Mandarin account using speaking, reading and writing/typing?
• Are you fluent or native in Mandarin language?
• Are you fluent in English language as well?
• This role will require you to work onsite for 3 months in Ortigas, Pasig City before transitioning to a WFH set-up. Are you amenable with this arrangement?
• This position is open to entry-mid level only. We can offer from Php 80,000 to Php 90,000 package. Is this something you can accept once hired?
• Can you start as soon as possible?
