Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record site material deliveries based on Purchase Orders (POs), reimbursements, and other sourcing methods.
  • Track transferred and borrowed materials; ensure proper documentation and returns.
  • Maintain inventory records for tools, equipment, and formworks, assigning property numbers as needed.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on material deliveries, released checks, and status updates.
  • Audit PO releases and voucher attachments for accuracy before processing payments.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for pending deliveries and document discrepancies.
  • Process and track utility payments, reimbursements, and recurring expenses.
  • Support the team with warehouse coordination, supplier communication, and internal PO/BOM processing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in materials monitoring, procurement, or a similar role in construction
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with various teams
  • Willing to be assigned to Biñan, Laguna

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
