This role will play a key part in managing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with departments including sales, HR, and IT. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in data analysis and financial modeling. You should be eager to learn, comfortable with evolving tools, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, growing company. What You Will Do Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information and documentation are properly structured. Design and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency. Manage and maintain financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making. Work closely with team members to make sure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time. Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility. Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks. Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work. Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements; expect responsibilities to evolve regularly in a fast-growing company. Continuously learn new tools and adapt to evolving company processes.
