Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and motivate field sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Implement and monitor sales programs, promotions, and distribution strategies in assigned areas.

Ensure proper coverage of assigned territories, adherence to route plans, and efficient time management of the sales team.

Conduct regular fieldwork, trade checks, and market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, competitor activities, and merchandising execution.

Review daily/weekly sales reports, analyze performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.

Train new sales representatives and provide continuous coaching on selling techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

Enforce company policies, including compliance with returns, bad order (B.O.), and collection procedures.

Manage and safeguard company assets such as vehicles, sales funds, and trade marketing materials.

Maintain good customer relationships, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with other departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to support smooth sales operations.

Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
