Key Responsibilities

Load, transport, and sell products directly to customers/retailers within the assigned route.

Ensure full saturation by visiting all outlets/customers daily and maximizing sales opportunities.

Accurately record sales transactions and issue official receipts to customers.

Collect cash payments and/or authorized collections from customers and remit to the company on time.

Maintain correct inventory of loaded stocks, daily sales, and returns.

Execute trade promotions, product displays, and merchandising standards in outlets.

Conduct basic trade checks such as product availability, competitor activities, and price monitoring.

Ensure proper handling of products to minimize damage and returns.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers to achieve high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Submit accurate daily sales, collection, and inventory reports to immediate supervisor.

Safeguard company assets such as vehicle, funds, stocks, and marketing materials.
