About the Team Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. The Search Operations team aims to improve search user experience, contribute significant DAU impact to the products and drive for increase in traffic and GMV. Search recommendation is the shortcut to link queries to users through personalized recommendation strategy and algorithm. We endeavor to increase users' recognition and online traffic of the search query by closely working with product management and R&D teams, policy managers as well as data delivery teams to cover the whole operation process, including launching new markets, opening new portals, expanding the search candidate pool, optimizing recommendation strategies, stimulating search engagement and improving search user experience globally. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance. This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals. What will I be doing? 1. Working in the Quality Assurance team to make sure key targets (e.g. productivity, efficiency, quality) are met in moderation work of Search Recommendation 2. Conduct quality inspection and calibration meetings in the appeal process to ensure the delivery quality and improve the performance to achieve the project target 3. Work closely with POC and other stakeholders in order to provide feedback on data quality/SOP/guideline and ensure the overall success of projects. 4. Support training and go-live process within Search Recommendation team 5. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above 2. Good communication and language skills (Tagalog & English), experience in cross-team collaboration, eager to learn 3. Knowledge about search engine and familiar with social media platforms 4. Deep understanding of local culture and familiarity with local users' online habits 5. Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role. 6. Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role. 7. Willing to work on shifts, which includes weekends Preferred Qualifications 1. QA experience of moderation projects, familiarity with RCA methodology is a plus
