We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Software Engineering Manager
with a strong background in
full-stack development.
This role will be ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Allocate resources, manage project schedules, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and foster professional growth within the team.
  • Drive best practices in coding, testing, code reviews, and agile development.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between engineering, QA, design, and operations teams.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend tools or frameworks to enhance productivity and product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • Proven experience as a
    Software Engineering
  • Front-end:
    or JavaScript
  • Back-end:
    .NET C# and Azure Cloud (required)
  • Minimum of
    2–3 years
    experience in software development
  • Strong knowledge of current software development methodologies and programming languages
  • Good understanding of business procedures and workflows
