Job Description:
- Plans and executes training programs covering agent on boarding, product knowledge, compliance, licensing, and sales techniques
- Develops and maintains training materials, presentations, and other learning tools
- Delivers training sessions through both in-person and virtual formats
- Evaluates training effectiveness through feedback, performance tracking, and assessment tools
- Collaborates with compliance, marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure alignment of training content
- Applies graphic design skills to enhance training materials for clarity and engagement
- Maintains accurate training records for monitoring and reporting purposes
- Supports the coordination and execution of webinars, learning sessions, ad related events
- Continuously improves training programs based on feedback and performance outcomes
- Performs other related tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 2–5 years of experience in instructional design or training delivery is an advantage
- Relevant certifications such as CUSP, CIS, or CSR are preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong facilitation and presentation abilities
- Organized, reliable, and results-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with basic graphic design or presentation tools is a plus
- Must demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a genuine interest in enabling the success of others
