JOB SUMMARY:

We're looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a sales-driven environment, and contributes positively to daily store operations. You'll also play a supportive role in guiding newer team members and promoting a cooperative work culture.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Greet and assist customers with a positive, energetic attitude
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and provide in-depth product information
  • Handle sales transactions efficiently using POS systems
  • Ensure shelves are stocked, displays are tidy, and the store environment is clean and inviting
  • Achieve personal and team sales goals using proven sales strategies
  • Participate in marketing promotions and contribute to social media initiatives
  • Deliver outstanding post-sale service and nurture customer relationships
  • Complete and submit regular sales reports (daily/weekly)
  • Work with store leadership on operational tasks and performance goals
  • Support and guide newer staff as needed, fostering a team-first mentality

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail sales (required)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic administrative tools
  • Comfortable using platforms like Facebook and Instagram to engage with customers
  • Prior experience in live selling or online retail is a strong plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule including rotating shifts
  • Willing to travel or cover shifts at other store branches if needed
  • Dependable, flexible, and highly collaborative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php540.00 per day
