JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Greet clients when they enter the building and guide them to their designated areas.

  • Answers telephone calls and monitors visitor's logbook

  • Receives incoming and outgoing documents.

  • Help with the organization of on-site events including business fairs and corporate meetings.

  • Process important queries and manage customer expectations in a polite and friendly manner.

  • Keep track of frequent clients and create a tailored experience based on their personal needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course (Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant or any related course is an advantage)

  • With at least 1 year experience in customer service

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (with or w/o experience)
