JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle scheduling and appointments for clients.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educational Qualifications: College Graduate or College Undergraduate but with at least 1 year of work experience
  • Experience Level: Having no experience are welcome as long as willing to learn with enthusiasm.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and customer-focused attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
