Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate customer account records, ensuring timely billing, collections, and reconciliation. This role plays a key part in supporting the organization's cash flow by ensuring all receivables are properly recorded, monitored, and collected in accordance with company policies and credit terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts
• Record customer payments and reconcile accounts with accuracy
• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries, payment discrepancies, and collection matters
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve disputes or billing concerns
• Maintain organized, up-to-date customer records
• Prepare regular accounts receivable reports, including aging schedules and collection forecasts
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing AR balances and reconciliations
• Assist in developing and implementing effective collection strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in ERP systems such as SAP and NetSuite
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php26,000.00 per month
