Global Mobility Services, Inc., is currently in need of a CREDIT & COLLECTION SUPERVISOR for the CARAGA area.

CREDIT & COLLECTION SUPERVISOR

Primary Responsibility:

The Credit Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring effective and timely credit decisions. He does this by effectively supervising the collection/credit investigators under him to ensure that investigations are done well and in a timely manner.

Key Result Area

1.Good Credit Decisions based on complete, accurate, and reliable information

-zero non 1st payment on all new releases, zero incidents of early repossession/missing/moved out unit

2.Credit investigation result are delivered in a timely manner

  • With in 1 day.

  • Achieved 100% collection rate and 100% Paid rate.

4.100% Conduct FCV(First Client Visit) on all new releases accounts

Tasks:

Confirm and verify all information

The Credit & Collection Supervisor must verify all data submitted by the client in his or her buyer's statement.

He will have the Credit investigator perform the investigation and fill in the data on the field investigation report

The Credit supervisor will then match and adjudicate on the information on the buyers statement and on the field investigation report to score the credit worthiness of the applicant

Provide a credit decision to Business Support Team upon receiving all data within the time period given

The Collection/Credit Investigation Supervisor must manage and supervise the work of the Collection/Credit investigator so that the information verification is done in 1 day.

The Collection/Credit investigation Supervisor must then adjudicate on the information provided and collected and give a credit decision with in 1 day.

Ensure that all Collection/credit investigators under him/ her:

Complete their investigations with in a day.

Have properly and accurately verified the applicants' information from the buyers statement.

Investigate the Reason of Non-1st payment of accounts. To Establish whether the reason is due to error of Credit Investigation or Collection Management then report to Credit & Collection Manager.

Monitoring of all accounts in their respective area.

Conduct random audit of accounts assign to his Collector/investigator staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

· At least 1-2 years experience as ci & collection supervisor

· At least 2 years in College/ Vocational courses

· Must have driver's license and knows how to drive both 2 wheels and 4 wheels vehicle (M/T and A/T);

· Preferably with experience in microfinancing, lending institutions or equivalent is an advantage.

· Willing to do fieldwork and has own motorcycle.

· Must be willing to work rain or shine.
