Responsibilities:

  • Bring your existing team of at least 
    3 sales agents
     and lead them to exceed sales targets
  • Drive performance through motivation, coaching, and effective sales strategies
  • Guide your team in closing deals and provide hands-on support when needed
  • Collaborate with marketing and training teams to strengthen recruitment and selling efforts
  • Monitor team performance and adjust plans to ensure consistent success
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, project launches, and market developments

Qualifications:

  • A ready team of at least 3 agents who are ready to hit the ground running with you
  • Previous success as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry (at least 1 year preferred)
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills
  • A proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets
  • Deep understanding of local property markets and buyer behavior
