Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Staff member to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will help enhance brand visibility, promote our diagnostic services, and build relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns (both online and offline).
  • Promote diagnostic services to medical clinics, hospitals, corporate clients, and walk-in patients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, referring doctors, and partner organizations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support digital marketing efforts including social media content, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Coordinate events, health fairs, webinars, and promotional activities to increase awareness of the center's services.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and service catalogs.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the operations and medical teams to ensure consistency in branding and service promotion.
  • Maintain accurate records of client engagement, inquiries, and referrals.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and all regulatory standards related to healthcare marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
  • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with medical professionals and clients.
  • Willingness to travel locally for outreach and promotional activities.
