Hiring: Deputy Manager – Operations (US Mortgage / Financial)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Deputy Manager – Operations to lead and manage a team handling US-based mortgage and financial accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in people management and a strong understanding of financial or mortgage processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage agents' overall employment and process concerns, including billing, payments, and escrow issues.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution according to SOPs.
  • Execute multiple tasks and applications in parallel while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Support process improvement initiatives for team members with metric challenges.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in client applications.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, policies, and procedures during client reviews or TL escalations.
  • Provide coverage for recruitment and training when needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to operational standards.

Requirements:

  • College-level education.
  • At least 4 years of people management experience as a Supervisor.
  • Experience in financial accounts or mortgage services is a plus.
  • Strong client interaction and communication skills.
  • Ability to work US PST time.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Team player with leadership and coaching abilities.
