Maintains and follows procedures and guidelines to provide the best quality assurance/ quality control to project with respect to specification of contract and proper documentation requirements and ensure projects are set up for success to meet quality in line with the scope of works.

IV. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible to do the construction site inspection;
  • Monitor the formworks and concreting, rebar fabrication and installation.
  • Responsible to monitor inventory of all formworks materials and reinforcing bars.
  • Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
  • Supervising admin workers and sub-contractors.
  • Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
  • Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
  • Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
  • Make sure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and deadlines.
  • Manage the site on a day-to-day basis.
  • Coordinates and Assists the subcontractors for the proper execution of work assignment.
  • Transmit correspondences and memoranda to all project groups on useful information and/or lessons learned from and to each project group.
  • Random checks on the quality of works, construction methods and perform material testing on on-going construction sites, land development and amenities to confirm product compliance with the design and specification.
  • Monitors and submits reports for on-going projects in all group from time to time
  • Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
