Job Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Maintenance / Repair


• Receives and processes requests or complaints for vehicle repair or maintenance.


• Endorse vehicles for repair or maintenance after making diagnostic validation.


• Inspect quality and ensure correctness of work done on serviced vehicle before returning it to the driver or user.


• Monitor status and progress of vehicle undergoing repair or maintenance.


• Maintain a monitoring system for all requests and complaints received for vehicle repair and maintenance concerns.


• Conduct periodic inspection of company issued vehicles and report any issues that require attention.

2. Vehicle Registration


• Process monthly registration of company vehicles.


• Maintain a monitoring system for all registration activities for company vehicles.


• Coordinate with LTO and/or other local government agencies for vehicle registration concerns.

Job Qualifications:

  • College graduate with technical experience.
  • Knowledgeable with car parts, registration, maintenance and repair, experience with logistics and/or dispatching services, computer literate, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, managerial and operations mgmt skills, experienced with handling and operating different kinds of vehicles (sedan, SUV, utility van, truck, etc).
