API Developer with Platform Integration

We're looking for a skilled API Developer who can integrate systems, build efficient automations, and work confidently across major website and funnel platforms.

Role Overview
You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining API integrations, automating processes, and supporting builds across WordPress, Go High Level (GHL), Webflow, and similar platforms. This role requires someone who can simplify technical workflows, troubleshoot issues quickly, and deliver clean, reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, test, and optimize API integrations across internal and client systems.
  • Develop automation workflows (Zapier, Make, Pabbly, GHL automations, custom scripts).
  • Support website and funnel builds using WordPress, GHL, and Webflow.
  • Ensure secure data handling and integration stability.
  • Troubleshoot API errors, webhook failures, and platform conflicts.
  • Collaborate with project managers and designers to execute technical requirements.
  • Maintain documentation for integrations, endpoints, and workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and webhook architecture.
  • Proficiency in WordPress (custom functions, plugins, integrations).
  • Experience with GHL funnels, forms, workflows, and triggers.
  • Working knowledge of Webflow CMS and integrations.
  • Solid understanding of automation tools (Zapier, Make, Pabbly, GHL native automation).
  • Ability to write clean scripts (JavaScript, PHP, or Python preferred).
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with OAuth authentication.
  • Familiarity with CRM migrations and API mapping.
  • Background in marketing tech stacks or SaaS integrations.
  • Knowledge of serverless functions (Cloudflare Workers, AWS Lambda, etc.).
