Role Overview:

As an Integration Developer, you will be primarily responsible for the development and ongoing support of our integration platform (Boomi) to ensure seamless data flow across critical systems—from eCommerce to our Warehouse Management System. Additionally, you will provide support for our Shopify platform, collaborating closely with teams to drive operational efficiency and handle technical issues. Primary Responsibilities:

Integration Development:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance integrations using the Boomi platform
  • Design scalable solutions to integrate various systems (ERP, WMS, eCommerce, CRM, data warehouses and other third party providers).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements and implement them effectively.
  • Optimize and streamline existing integrations for performance improvements.
  • Document integration workflows, designs, and configurations for cross-team understanding and future support.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Shopify Development:

  • Provide technical support for the Shopify platform, assisting in ongoing development and customization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance functionality, user experience, and performance of the Shopify store.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to themes, apps, and third-party integrations within Shopify.
  • Assist in implementing new Shopify features and capabilities as needed.
  • Participate in the design and deployment of custom Shopify apps or themes when required.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong aptitude for learning new systems and technologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in integration development (Boomi experience preferred, but experience with other platforms like MuleSoft, Jitterbit, etc., is also valued).
  • Good understanding of IT concepts (e.g., networking, API management, data mapping, desktop support).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), API integrations, and web development principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable, reliable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A passion for technology and continuous improvement, with the desire to grow your technical skills and responsibilities within the organization.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
