We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic marketing decisions, campaign performance, and customer engagement. This role is essential in helping the company make data-informed decisions to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Management

    • Gather and organize marketing data from multiple sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms, ad platforms, social media, email campaigns).

    • Maintain and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across platforms.

  • Data Analysis & Interpretation

    • Analyze marketing campaign performance (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, ROI).

    • Perform segmentation, cohort analysis, and funnel analysis to identify trends and patterns.

    • Develop customer insights to improve targeting and personalization strategies.

  • Reporting & Visualization

    • Create dashboards and regular reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio.

    • Present findings and recommendations to marketing stakeholders and leadership.

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and alert the team to anomalies or opportunities.

  • Collaboration

    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand goals and ensure alignment.

    • Support A/B testing and experimental design for campaigns and landing pages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing environment.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with Python or R is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into business value.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with customer journey mapping and marketing attribution modeling.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email).

  • Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) as it pertains to data handling.
