Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of data, preparing essential reports, and maintaining critical records to ensure our partners have a smooth flow of information.
  • Processing of raw data, which includes data entry, cleaning, validation, and basic formatting using Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Calculating partner commissions by performing data reconciliation, verification, and preliminary data aggregation.
  • Create drafts of top sheets by compiling summarized commission and financial data based on templates.
  • Prepare PDF Files: Convert various reports, summaries, and forms into professional PDF documents, ensuring proper formatting and adherence to security guidelines.
  • Prepare Request for Payment via SAP Ariba, ensuring all required information is accurately captured

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Entry-level experience in finance or accounting preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
