We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Provider Enrollment Specialist. The Provider Enrollment Specialist will handle daily tasks including managing credentialing processes, developing and maintaining relationships with insurance payors, overseeing employee benefits transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will address inquiries related to payor enrollment and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of enrollment tasks, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and meeting key performance goals within a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Process payor enrollment applications for healthcare providers
  • Work directly with major U.S. insurance companies (Cigna, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and more)
  • Manage Medicaid/Medicare and Commercial (Medical or Behavioral Health) enrollments
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance while meeting client deadlines
  • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all files meet quality and SLA standards
  • Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and enhance efficiency

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of payor/provider enrollment experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
