JOB SUMMARY:

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Brand Retail store, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, operational efficiency, and the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage a team through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
  • Oversee inventory management by ordering, replenishing stock, and conducting regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain store appeal by upholding visual merchandising standards that attract customers and boost sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in any fields.
  • Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
