Qualifications & experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with previous experience in managing a sales team preferred Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Excellent people management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, team members, and senior leaders Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment A strong understanding of the sales industry, with knowledge of the waste management industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Tasks & responsibilities Team Leadership - lead, give training, provide feedback, and set clear goals for the team to achieve their sales target. Performance Management - Conduct regular performance evaluations, recognize and reward top performers, and identify training and development needs to enhance the skills of the sales team. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales target as Manila Sales Team Leader. Reporting and Analysis - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management (CEO, Financial Controller, NSM). Reporting: Supply all data required to support the Australian Sales Manager (NSM) in meetings, presentations, and company reports. Process Efficiencies: Automate the production of marketing materials, reports, and communications using Microsoft 365 apps and identify other efficiencies that will reduce the time and cost spent on manual or repetitive tasks. Database Management: Ensure all databases are updated and warehoused in appropriate CRMs or apps and name the correct contact people of relevant opportunities for cold calling. Marketing Specialist: Collaborate with the NSM in creating or updating marketing materials and Oversee creation and customization of daily and special announcement materials.
