About the Role

We are hiring a Growth Analyst / Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to own growth decisions across our websites, funnels, and call flows.

Your responsibility is to identify where revenue is leaking and fix it quickly.

Most improvements will come from small, targeted changes such as:

adjusting headlines or CTAs

changing copy, images, or layout hierarchy

reducing friction before a call or booking

improving how users ask questions

We do not believe in large redesigns.

We believe in fast, low-cost changes with high return.

Responsibilities

Analyze full-funnel data, not only GA4

GA4

Google Ads and Meta Ads

CRM data

Call tracking systems

Form and booking behavior

Identify conversion leaks and drop-off points

Propose and execute fast, cost-effective optimizations

Run and evaluate A/B tests on copy, CTAs, layouts, and images

Optimize landing pages, booking flows, and call intent

Improve call quality and pre-call filtering

Work closely with marketing and product teams

Prepare funnels and processes for AI-driven automation and calling

Required Skills

Advanced GA4 knowledge

Funnel and conversion analysis

A/B testing frameworks

CRO methodologies

Strong understanding of user intent and behavior

Ability to translate data into clear actions

Clear written communication

Experience with call-driven businesses

Experience in SaaS or service marketplaces

Experience preparing funnels for AI and automation

Engagement

Weekly testing and iteration cycles
