Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a growing digital content business at a pivotal scaling stage. In this role, you'll transform YouTube content into a multi-channel marketing ecosystem, create sales pages, manage digital products, and build automated systems that enhance the customer journey. Working directly with the business owner, you'll have the autonomy to implement your expertise across platforms while streamlining processes to support rapid business growth.

This position combines technical setup, creative content development, and strategic process improvement in a flexible and collaborative environment.


Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize high-converting sales and landing pages using the Showit website platform.

  • Set up and manage digital product listings on Stan Store for a seamless customer experience.

  • Develop and implement automated email marketing sequences using Flowdesk or Stan Store's email system.

  • Repurpose YouTube content into engaging social media posts across multiple platforms.

  • Write compelling blog content based on social posts for website integration and email sequences.

  • Streamline and automate booking processes with Calendly integration to improve the customer journey.

  • Create sophisticated automated email workflows for onboarding and follow-up communications.

  • Manage digital product uploads, organization, and optimization for maximum visibility.

  • Implement SEO best practices across all web content to drive organic traffic.

  • Handle copywriting for sales pages, emails, and social content.

  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.


Requirements

  • Proven experience creating landing pages and managing websites (Showit preferred).

  • Strong copywriting skills with a focus on compelling, conversion-driven content.

  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and automated workflows.

  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.

  • Experience repurposing content across social media platforms.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality.

  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to collaborate across time zones when needed.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and suggest improvements.

  • Experience with Showit, Stan Store, or similar platforms is highly preferred.

  • Understanding of digital product management and online sales funnels.
