We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Sales & Marketing + Purchasing Officer to join our growing team. This role combines two key functions: managing purchasing activities (focused on construction materials) and handling sales & marketing initiatives (primarily for leasing vacant spaces).

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the purchasing of construction materials, ensuring timely orders and accurate documentation.
  • Handle supplier inquiries and orders primarily through phone calls and other remote communication channels.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote and lease vacant spaces.
  • Conduct client prospecting, presentations, and follow-ups to secure leasing agreements.
  • Maintain updated records of suppliers, clients, and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align purchasing and marketing activities with overall company goals.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on purchasing, sales, and marketing performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes, preferably in construction materials.
  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in leasing or real estate, is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using online tools for coordination.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
