Responsible for ensuring that the company is adhering to laws, regulations, and policies relevant to finance, particularly anti-money laundering.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and implement compliance policies to ensure that the company operates legally and responsibly, especially with regards to Anti-Money Laundering.
  2. Participate in discussions on critical regulatory issues and make necessary recommendations to address various regulatory concerns affecting the company.
  3. Maintain updated knowledge on the company policies to mitigate risks related to legal issues and audit findings.
  4. Conduct training for employees to raise awareness and emphasize the importance of Anti-Money Laundering compliance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in management or legal management
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in compliance and/or Anti-Money Laundering
  • Analytical and able to comprehend and interpret regulations and policies
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
  • With competitive policy-writing skills
