Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with one of Australia's leading mortgage brokers. You will support the team through a range of administrative functions, including document handling, data entry, and ad-hoc support tasks. Mortgage Channel operates in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where attention to detail and urgency are critical. The key responsibilities include:

  • Data Entry & Processing: Accurately rename documents and input data while maintaining record integrity
  • Document Verification: Review supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Administrative Support: Order valuations, submit pricing requests, and assist with general admin tasks
