Job description:

Responsible for providing package designs, tooling designs, lead frame designs, Laminate designs, hermetic and specialty designs, packing, shipping and other material designs, and first article inspection coordination as required. Generation of Bond Diagram for new devices in ATEC which need customer approval, AutoCAD Computer Simulations, and Systems Documentations Administration.

Job qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical / Materials Engineering.
  • Minimum of three (3) years in the same/related field.
  • Knowledge on assembly operations.
  • Computer literate and AutoCAD expert.
  • Knowledge and experience on JEDEC as reference in designing.
  • Knowledge on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiment (DOE) is a plus.
