Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an SMT Engineer located in Cabuyao. The SMT Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in production. Day-to-day tasks include process optimization, troubleshooting equipment issues, implementing process improvements, and coordinating with other departments to meet production targets. The role requires hands-on experience with SMT equipment and a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SMT equipment and processes
  • Skills in process optimization and troubleshooting
  • Ability to implement and manage process improvements
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Understanding of quality control and assurance
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Cabuyao
  • Willing to start as soon as possible
