The Opportunity

This is not a support role—it's a strategic seat at the table. As Product Design Officer at The Medical City, you will be part of a high-impact team driving growth, innovation, and long-term value creation across the enterprise.

You will work directly with the Strategy and Business Development Group, collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities, evaluate feasibility, and support implementation. From market research to project execution, you'll help shape the future of healthcare delivery.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Analyze market trends: Identify growth opportunities through demographic, competitive, and industry analysis.
  • Develop business cases: Conduct feasibility studies, financial projections, and strategic evaluations for new initiatives.
  • Support implementation: Track project milestones, manage resources, and monitor performance of business initiatives.
  • Build partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with potential partners, service providers, and community organizations.
  • Manage projects: Provide insights on planning, risk mitigation, and execution to ensure timely and budget-aligned delivery.
  • Collaborate across departments: Work with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to align initiatives with enterprise strategy.
  • Engage with the TMC Network: Support programs across hospitals and clinics, contributing to long-term value creation.
  • Stay sharp: Participate in training, development, and industry activities to stay ahead of trends and best practices.

Who You Are

  • A graduate of Marketing, Economics, Business, or a medical-related field.
  • Preferably holds a Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Has 2+ years of experience in business development or healthcare strategy; 5+ years preferred.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving initiatives forward.
  • Curious, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and growth.
