Contract Administrator – Manila (BGC) | Australian-Based Company

About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join an Australian Civil contracting team based at our Manila office. Candidates must have previous residential development construction experience and have the ability to manage multiple subcontractors whilst upholding quality and safety onsite. Projects include bulk earthworks, stormwater, water, sewer infrastructure and roadworks for residential, industrial and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontracts
  • Manage variations, progress claims, extensions of time, and RFIs
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • Assist project teams with cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Maintain accurate records of correspondence, approvals, and contractual documentation
  • Liaise with subcontractors, clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities.
  • Work closely with the construction team to deliver quality outcomes

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator in construction
  • Ideally experience in residential development
  • Experience in civil projects such as earthworks, stormwater, water, sewer, and roadworks
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
