The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role includes greeting customers, identifying their needs, recommending products, and maintaining store appearance and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and new arrivals.
  • Replenish stock, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and well-presented.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns courteously.
  • Assist with inventory counts, tagging, and stockroom organization.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High school graduate
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
