We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. The role involves eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements, supporting process improvements, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, IT teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality, business-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into end-to-end process flows and conduct gap and impact analysis.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT, vendors, and project teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Own and manage business requirements documentation, templates, and change management processes.
  • Support project planning, execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and post-implementation activities.
  • Develop process diagrams, use cases, user stories, technical documentation, and user guides.
  • Ensure service quality, performance, compliance, and alignment with IT governance standards and SLAs.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance requirements and provide production system support as needed.
  • Monitor projects from initiation to completion, managing risks and minimizing service impact.
  • Drive continuous service improvement through stakeholder engagement, reviews, and capacity planning.
  • Work closely with the ERP Service Delivery Manager to ensure system changes align with business goals.
Additional / Occasional Duties
  • Assist in UAT planning, test case preparation, and execution.
  • Facilitate or participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements review sessions.
  • Support change management initiatives, including impact analysis and user communications.
  • Assist in system testing, deployment, implementation, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Update documentation such as process flows, user guides, and training materials.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related course.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly computer literate with experience in business analysis tools and documentation.
  • Solid background in Business Analysis methodologies, SDLC, and requirements management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, service management, and SLAs.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools
