About the role

We are looking for an applicant who is based in Cebu City, Philippines to ensure seamless collaboration with our local team.

We are seeking a talented Graphic Artist to join our thriving creative team at iBlossom Management. As a Graphic Artist, you will be responsible for designing visually stunning and impactful graphics that support the company's overall brand identity and marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conceptualize and create original graphic designs, illustrations, and visual assets for a variety of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media content, and website elements
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling, on-brand designs
  • Ensure all design work adheres to the company's brand guidelines and visual identity
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and innovative design solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously enhance your skills
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the design process and output

What we're looking for:

  • Strong portfolio with diverse e-commerce design projects and mock-ups.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma/Sketch, and other design tools.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and digital marketing.
  • Highly independent, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
