Job Title: Social Gaming Account (Non-Voice)

Work Setup: Work Onsite, Shifting Schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Summary:

Are you passionate about gaming and customer experience? Join our team as an Email Support Representative and be the frontline connection between our players and our brand. You'll handle player concerns with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy — ensuring every player enjoys a smooth, fun, and rewarding gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to player concerns via chat and email
  • Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues
  • Escalate complex cases to higher support tiers when necessary
  • Monitor in-game reports and maintain a safe, friendly gaming environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience with empathy and accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in a gaming-related email/chat role
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Empathetic, player-first mindset with patience and professionalism
  • Familiarity with gaming culture and casual/mobile games is a plus
  • Experience using Zendesk, Freshdesk, Helpshift, or similar platforms preferred
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems
  • Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedules (including weekends/holidays)
