Job Description

As a Sales Cashier at our Green Hills store, you'll be the friendly face customers see when they make their purchase. You'll handle payments, assist with queries, and ensure every checkout is smooth, fast, and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchases using cash, credit card, or digital payment methods with speed and accuracy
  • Greet customers courteously and assist them when needed at the counter
  • Promote store products, promotions, and add-ons during transactions
  • Maintain orderly and clean cashier area and ensure cash drawer is balanced at shift end
  • Support the sales team with tasks in the store when needed
  • Handle customer questions or issues at the point of sale in a polite, professional manner

Qualifications

  • At least a Senior High School graduate (Undergraduates & college graduates welcome to apply)
  • Previous experience as cashier or working in retail/ customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high foot-traffic environment
  • Strong basic maths skills and comfortable handling cash transactions
  • Fluent in English and Filipino/Tagalog for effective customer communication
